How to reheat some of OrderUp Seafood’s favorites.

Stovetop (Best Result):

  • Set stovetop to medium heat
  • Stir frequently to avoid sticking to sides/bottom of pan 
  • Remove from heat once to desired temperature (roughly 165 degrees)

Microwave:

  • Place in a microwave safe dish with room at the top
  • Place a lid over the soup and leave a small space open to vent
  • Heat soup for 20 to 30 seconds (165 degrees is the desired temperature)

Stovetop (Best Result):

  • Place the steamed shrimp into a steamer pot of boiling water for a maximum of 2 minutes
  • Remove the steamed shrimp as soon as they are heated through

Microwave:

  • Cover the bowl with a lid and place it in the microwave
  • A plastic wrap can be used to cover the bowl if you don’t have a lid
  • Cook the cold shrimp for 1-2 minutes
  • The shrimp should be hot through the middle
  • The time may vary depending on the amount of shrimp that you are reheating

Oven (Best Result):

  • Preheat oven to 225 degrees
  • Wrap meat in a double layer of foil
  • Before closing the foil, compensate for moisture loss through evaporation or leakage by adding a few ounces of  your liquid of choice
  • Place meat in a pan and bake until the internal temperature is 165 degrees
  • Broil a few minutes to restore some of the crispiness of the bark
  • Remove from oven and serve

Microwave:

  • Place in microwave safe dish
  • Cover with a soace to vent
  • Consider using lower temperature to preserve moisture 9internal temperature of 165 degrees)

Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • Cook in oven for 12-15 minutes until center shrimp is fully cooked or becomes opaque in color

  • Internal temperature of 165 degrees is ideal

  • Helpful Hint:  For more richness, add a sliver of butter on top of each stuffed shrimp

Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  • Place imperial from container onto shell

  • Bake 10-12 minutes per inch in height or until bubbly and top is lightly browned
    (internal temperature of 165 degrees)

Serve Cold or Hot (hot instructions below)

Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes until internal temperature of 165 degrees

Microwave:

  • Place in microwave safe dish
  • Microwave on high for 45 seconds (internal temperature of 165 degrees)

Fryer:

  • Heat oil to 350 degrees
  • Fry crabs for 2 minutes and 30 seconds

Oven:

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

  • Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature of 165 degrees

Microwave:

  • Place in microwave safe. Dish

  • Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes stirring occasionally

  • Ideal internal temperature is 165 degrees
